The Netherlands, April 3, 2014
The 1st car experience centre in the Netherlands opens at April 19, 2014
Classic Park’s new car experience centre in Boxtel (The Netherlands), opens to the public at April 19 (Easter). The location – between Eindhoven and 's-Hertogenbosch – includes a museum with more than 120 special and classic cars, a restaurant, a shop with car-related articles and plenty of space for events. Classic Park has a garage with five bridges for the maintenance of classic and exclusive cars.
Classic Park is also the start and finish for tours and has ample space for events, such as brand and club meetings. The restaurant and adjoining rooms provide opportunities for business meetings. All this is situated in a park-like setting, part of the green countryside of Brabant. The area of the new complex, including park, covers more than 30.000 square meters.
The initiators of Classic Park are the Van Dijke family. In the past few years they found a temporary location in Valkenswaard, and focused on the sales and servicing of cars. These activities have been integrated into the new concept.
Classic Park Museum opens as of April 19. Opening hours are: every day from 10.00 am, Monday to Wednesday until 19:00, Thursday, Friday and Saturday until 20:00, Sunday until 17:30. The location is visible from the highway and easily accessible. There is plenty of (free) parking space. Classic Park restaurant is open all days from 10.00 am until 10.00 p.m.
Note to the editors:
The official opening of Classic Park is on Wednesday, April 16 at 5 PM. If representatives of (specialist) publications wish to join the opening, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org .
